I know…two Koalas in a row…so sue me, haha!  I'm in cute mode, and you can't get too much cuter than a Koala.  This is for my sister 53rd.

My mother is suffering from dementia and has been placed in an assisted living home where she has activities and can be watched over.  Since I live in California and she lives in Idaho, I'm trying to let her  know I'm thinking about her by sending cards with a personal note inside.  My brother runs the chocolate shop my mom and dad started, so this is my attempt to wed some significance to mom's life with some cute to help her smile...a Koala stirring a batch of fondant in the big copper kettle used at the shop, soon to be beaten, cooled, and rolled, then enrobed with luscious chocolate!!

This years Christmas card, and in keeping with the water theme, on the inside I drew aquatic critters, one for each of my daughters with a note and some moola.

Doing a gig at Crazy Harry's Bar in Winnetka this weekend for their 3rd year Anniversary party.  Harry is the owner, Jay his manager.  Will use this to advertise the event on social media. 

My sister Shauna reached the half century mark this year and for some reason I wanted to go with something cute.  I settled on a cute owl.

My oldest, Heather, just returned home from her third trip to Italy, the last two as a nanny.  Having a goodly amount of free time, she took advantage by traveling to various cities in Italy, and extended trips to England and Switzerland.  During a hike in the Alps, she and her friends encountered a herd of very happy and amazingly CLEAN cows, afterward posting a video which included their melodious cowbells in "concerto".  Of course I just had to have "more cowbell" to help ring in her birthday. :)
